Effects of soccer training during preseason on physical and physiological variables in youth soccer players

Aim: This study aimed to explore the effects of a training program during pre-season on aerobic and anaerobic performance, hemodynamics, autonomic variables, sleep quality in youth soccer players. Methods: Nineteen athletes, with an average age 17 ± 1 years, participated study. The multicomponent protocol was divided into technical, tactical, physical practice for four weeks. cardiac modulation obtained through electrocardiogram blood pressure values were measured by sphygmomanometer. athletes answered Pittsburgh questionnaire that assessed patterns issues.
